Do You Ride AC Transit?
AC Transit’s 31-Day Youth Pass is only available through a TransLink/Clipper Card.
It takes three weeks to process an application for a Clipper Card, so it's important to apply by August 9, 2010 in order to get your card in time for the first week of school.
When, where and how to get a card:
1. Go to www.translinkyouthapp.eventbrite.com, select an event and pre-register for the outreach event near you.
2. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing the application. PRINT the confirmation email.
3. Come to your selected event.
4. Present the printed confirmation email and documentation with proof of age (Official School Documentation, Birth Certificate, Passport, State ID, Military Dependent Card, or Alien Registration Card).
5. Have your picture taken.
The cards will be mailed to your residence within three (3) weeks.
** Due to the length of time it may take for the applicant to receive their card in the mail, AC Transit staff will be equipped with special 31-day youth paper passes that can be purchased for $15 at the time of the registration. Please note only one (1) pass per applicant.
